Free delivery
Free deliveries on all orders over R1500.00 all over South Africa. Free delivery does not apply to corporate orders. Our delivery service utilizes the most reputable couriers. We will process your order for dispatch ASAP. If we expect any delays we will advise. Our standard delivery time 7-10 working days except during peak seasonal periods when it can take up to 15 working days. Thank you for your patience over these busy periods. Our onsite warehouse facility has plenty stock to fulfill orders as we receive them. In the unlikely event that stock is not available we will notify you immediately of the revised ETA.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase for a prompt refund which will be subject to the inspection of the returned item. We will cover the delivery cost of returning the item to us if the item is defective or the reason for the return is attributed to an error on our side. The only exception being personalised or custom made items.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
