Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased you can return it within 14 days from purchase. All returned items must be in perfect unused condition, with attached swing tags and in their original packaging. Returns on used, worn, damaged or non saleable items will not be allowed.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
All items that have manufacturer’s warranties will be detailed on the product page and the swing tag. If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will liase with the supplier and advise you of getting the item repaired or replaced
How to return an order or exchange
Please email us with your name, date of purchase, invoice number and items you would like to return so we can process the refund ASAP. All exchanges are processed as a new sale. Order and pay for the new item online. When we receive the original item we will refund you.
